Johnny Depp to Direct First Movie In 25 Years




Johnny Depp will direct first movie in 25 Years with Al Pacino, barry Navidi. This will be his second directorial movie after 1997's "The Brave," starring himself and Marlon Brando. Depp has since directed a number of music videos, notably for French singer Vanessa Paradis. 

Depp's U.K. based production company Infinitum Nihil, announced the project. He will co produce with Al Pacino and Barry Navidi.

"The saga of Mr. Modigliani’s life is one that I’m incredibly honored, and truly humbled, to bring to the screen," Depp said in the release. "It was a life of great hardship, but eventual triumph - a universally human story all viewers can identify with." 

The 59 year actor Johnny Depp's directorial movie is base on Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani.
